This territory to the north of Avernos is named after the magical mists that cover the land that is home to the elves of Avernos. The elves, who are afforded much protection from their lands, seldom come to the aid of the other races, despite their membership within the Alliance. The elves have, unsurprisingly, been labelled as cowards, although none know of the secret war they fight against the darkness.
