The Free Lands lie to the south of the Wilderlands, and are made up of a number of smaller states that are ruled by barons who owe no allegiance to the Alliance or to Bastion. The Free Lands are home to many races, particularly half orcs tribes and the Nameless Children, a nation of half elves known to nurture bitter resentment towards humans and elves alike.
